Move Forward with Confidence and Clarity
People are often fearful of what happens in counselling and that makes it hard for them to take that first step!
At Clearview Counselling, therapy begins by helping you feel safe, respected, and in control. Thereβs no pressure to share more than youβre ready for! We move gently, together and at your pace.
The first few sessions are simply about getting to know each other and making sure the space feels safe for you, especially if youβve experienced abuse or harm in relationships. Nothing is rushed, and youβre always in charge of what you share.
Sessions are available in person in Melbourne or online across Australia.
Trauma-Informed Counselling
Healing from relational abuse
Compassionate support for recovery from narcissistic relationships, emotional abuse, and family-of-origin trauma
-
Abuse can reduce your sense of self-worth. These relationships can leave lasting emotional wounds, including self-doubt, anxiety, and loss of identity.
Sessions focus on understanding patterns of abuse, strengthening boundaries, and helping you reconnect with your sense of self in a compassionate, non-judgemental environment.
Emma offers trauma-informed counselling that validates your experience, recognises the real harm caused, and supports your journey toward healing, emotional safety, and renewed confidence.
